First of all, it means that we do not charge our candidates for placement services. Our placements for educators are free and they will always be free. Candidates may choose to pay for complimentary services such as CV and cover letter consulting or interview coaching or other paid services.  

Secondly, we serve the candidate on an equal basis with the paying clients, the schools or other educational institutions. We believe in giving the candidate the same amount of information about the schools and institutions as we give our client schools about the candidates. We will also do our best to give candidates our most honest and fair information about a specific region, city, school or administration style so that they can make the best choices possible for themselves and their families.  

Thirdly, we rely on our candidates, our clients and our organizations that we are involved in to help us make contacts with people, schools and institutions that need and could benefits from our services or information. We also depend on them to give us honest and fair feedback to help us to understand the vibe in the job market and how we can best serve the schools as well as the candidates.

Fourth, we give back to the community as much as possible by assisting educators with information, pro-bono services or discounts to help them get started. We also use our network to promote the region that we are serving in the best possible light as well as encouraging educators and students from the region through many avenues professionally and educationally.
